Sitting room with wood burning stove and sea views. Air source heat pump central heating and wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in garage. Smart TV with Freeview, Wifi, DAB Radio and a small selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with raised seating patio areas and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs, and restaurants 1.2 miles. Beach 20 mins walk. Railway station 10 mins walk.
