This is shared with the property above and accessed through a door on the first floor hallway that leads to an undecorated covered walkwayandstairs. Please note there is a staircase (on thefirst floor landing)withsingle locked doorway at the top that divides Halcyon and the apartment above.

Located just over a 10 minute stroll into the heart of towns vibrant centre and waterside promenade, guests will find a host of excellent eateries, cafes and bars to suit a variety of tastes, as well as a range of additional activities and amenities. If something more relaxing is preferred, appreciate the nearby picturesque and interesting Warfleet Creek area with its peaceful waterside benches and access to a quiet and sheltered section of the river. Or wander on for a further 10 minutes and explore Dartmouth Castle and the little-known Gallants Bower and Sugary Cove, perfect for a picnic or some stone skimming. The property itself allows its guests to relax in comfort and style, boasting attractive original features alongside stylish and contemporary specifications and furnishings. Guests can entertain in the large well-equipped modern kitchen and dining room with feature fireplace, or relax in the propertys spacious living room with digital entertainment systems and access to a large balcony with river views. All of the bedrooms are thoughtfully presented and the property features excellent outside space offering the opportunity for alfresco dining and peaceful sundowner drinks. 'Positively the best holiday home that I have ever stayed in. Elegant and brilliantly equipped. We loved it' NB: Access to side and front doors from the designated parking is via right of way along path/steps running behind the top of the house and down to the left of the property. When not arriving by car then main access is from Warfleet Rd (3 steps up from raised footpath).
